Turtle Tap, located in Beloit, WI, is a premier bar and grill that has been serving the South Central Wisconsin as well as North Central Illinois areas for many, many years. The location has been around for close to 100 years and is the oldest running tavern in the city of Beloit. The Brannon's became the owners in 1978. Our specialty is offering delicious food to please everyone’s taste, as well as drinks and a fun hometown environment. If you're looking for an exciting night of sports and entertainment, Turtle Tap has something for everyone. With our stellar customer service, delicious food and drinks, and a fun atmosphere, Turtle Tap is the perfect place to relax and have a great time. The food was pretty good. The service was awful. And kind of a weird atmosphere. The girl that sat us was so unfriendly and seemed so lazy and bothered to be there (evening of 9/14). Not a smile not a hello. I don’t think she even said a word to us other than a dirty look. Took forever for a waitress to come to our table. And our food came out after people that ordered after us, and they were done before we even got ours. She never came back to see if we needed anything. But like I said the food was decent and nice to have half priced margaritas on a Sat night.

What hours do you open up?
Turtle Tap welcomes guests with open doors and a warm atmosphere almost any time of the day! We understand that everyone's schedule is different, so we've tailored our hours to cater to all. Here's when you can join us:

Fridays- Bright and early at 6 AM, perfect for those third shifters getting off work in the AM or that end-of-the-week celebration.
Saturday through Thursday- We open at 8 AM, early enough for those early birds catching the worm!

Whether you're looking to fuel up for the day ahead or find your morning haven, we're ready to serve you until 1 AM every single night.
